Got connected with this company through HomeAdvisor (which I don't recommend unless you feel like getting spammed mercilessly). Called to set up a minor repair, and took the following morning off work to meet be available for the technician. I was told someone would be onsite between 11am and 2pm. At 1pm a woman called and said the technician was held up working on a broken water line and couldn't be out there until about 5pm. I was annoyed, but I get that life happens and said it was fine and see them then. I get another call at 4:15 saying they're still delayed, and that they wanted to reschedule for the next day. I declined, saying that since this is my first impression of their company I'm going to have to pass. She just quickly said "okay thanks, bye" and hung up. It ate an entire day of my time waiting around- apparently there is only one person to potentially dispatch. Annoying at best.
