  • Two stars only for onsite lab. Whole computer system down. Hello disaster recovery backup need. Scheduled a full physical. Arrived to incompetent front desk help asking to complete all new patient forms though I have been a patient for a good 10 years. Called back for weight and temperature which was rushed. Nurse took blood pressure incorrectly and wrote on a one inch by one inch sticky. Dr came in. Seemed hardly interested. Physical was 15 mins and no prostate check for a 48 year old man. A few questions, asked what scripts I needed and walked me to the lab. Vets give animals more care.
