  • Long, relaxing 4th of July weekend...nope - Air Conditioner decides to break down on Saturday night. Our previous HVAC service company, who we paid an annual fee for checkups and to get preferential scheduling - wasn't available over the weekend. After trying a bunch of spots, we got a recommendation to call Chuck at Klee's. Chuck was at our place in just a few hours, and did a great job of explaining our issue, and promised to get us back up and running as soon as possible. Unfortunately, our unit required a part that wasn't available until Tuesday. First thing Tuesday, Chuck let us know what was going on, and by noon he was on our roof making the repair. I really enjoyed chatting with Chuck about his interest in music and his experiences as a musician as he did our repair. Needless to say, Chuck is our new HVAC guy and will be doing our checkups. If you need someone you can trust who will give you the straight scoop about your options - look no further!
