I chuckled when reading a review that claimed Dr Best is the best, but he truly is.
I booked my appointment several weeks ago after finding University Eye Associates listed under my insurance. The lady on the phone instructed me to go to the website to fill out my new patient paperwork. She gave very good instructions that made it very easy to find and complete the paperwork. This made it very easy when I walked into the office. Instead of spending 20 minutes filling out a clipboard full of forms, I was able to sit and wait to be called back.
My appointment was at 1:40. I was called back at 1:48. Not bad considering most of us are used to waiting much longer. The lady who did my eye tests was informative and very friendly. She was extremely patient with the test that checks for glaucoma. She promised the device wouldn't touch my eye, and yet I could not stop blinking. Guess it goes to show that my brain is naturally inclined to protect my eye.
When the tests were finished, she put me into a room to wait for Dr Best. I waited in there for quite some time, but I heard the patient next door talking with the Dr for quite some time, so it was not the fault of Dr Best. The exam was quick and painless. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend University Eye Associates.
