  • In-line with the other reviews (I wish I had read before coming here), customer service is lacking; greeters are pushy to upsell you and the place was so unorganized they lost my car for a few minutes. For a $75 wash, I expected the seats to be vacuumed, or an air freshener added, which wasn't the case. The outside was on-par with a low-tier automatic wash, small things like cleaning the body between the gaps in the Toyota badge should have been picked up by the 'hand wax' I was supposed to have had. More obvious things like dried bird poop on the side of the car, would have been picked up by a semi-decent automatic washer.
