  • I was told back in Oct 2017 that our central vac needed a new motor and because it was nearly new the motor would be replaced at no cost . I have called this place six times in the past four months with no result , just back order reasons . In the meantime here it is Feb 2018 and we have a vacuume with little suction and the hoses hardly wrap up back in the wall ! No one has been answering the phones the past week which only upsets me further .
