  • Splish ... Splash... My dog needs a bath.... I take my pair of piggy-poos to Groomer Has It. They're a boutique grooming spa that is tucked away within Providence Plaza. They've become our favorite local groomer for our "Pigpen-esque" French Bulldogs. We feel 110% comfortable and confident that they're in good hands under their care. My boys are always happy, calm, and clean when we pick them up. Pros: * Grooming is done in public view. They have a large window that allows you to peek at their staff while they work. We prefer to drop them off and get a call when they're ready to be picked up. However, this is a nice option for those who want to stay and wait. * Play Room They offer an area for your dog to play with other pups. There is a large observation window and it's always nice to pick them up and see that they were having fun while we were away. We always prefer to have them playing in this room while they wait to be groomed or picked up. They also offer the option to keep your pup isolated from other pups (if you prefer/need to for various reasons). * Caring Employees They always welcome our pups in a loving manner with hugs. They care and it shows. * Brownie Points They even remembered our boys after a lengthy hiatus of 6+ months * They offer same day appointments! We like the flexibility to bring them in for baths on the spot. I'd still call ahead (same day) to ensure they have a spot. Weekends can be busy. * It's all in the details... The atmosphere is bright, cheery, and clean. They ask about allergies and shot records. This is appreciated! My cream pup has crummy allergies and gnarly nails. They offer hypoallergenic shampoo and are careful not to give him any treats (at our request). They also keep their nails looking great with nail grinding that helps prevent peeling/cracking. Complimentary bandanas are provided - Perfect for Yelp! photos. Cons: n/a Review 5 for 2017
