  • Refused to return multiple calls requesting an appointment for a voucher I purchased. I reviewed at the time and she sent me a sad pants message on yelp begging me to take down the review so people can see how her "horrible customer service skills have changed." I see one review four months ago from someone who has no other reviews or yelp activity, yet my review is missing. Very fishy! If this is your way of rebuilding... good luck!!
