  • I came in today with my girlfriend who is the patient to be by her side as she was getting a dilation and an update on her vision. Let me start by saying that as soon as we walked in she was expected and was greeted very politely and professionally by Meghan which I thought was kind and personable, within minutes we were already welcomed back by the assistant Roselle who introduced herself and was very kind and thorough, i wasnt even the patient but had some few questions about my girlfriend as well as my own eyes and she was very informative and even recommended me a visit as I've never been to an optometrist. Shortly after we were greeted by the optometrist Dr. Wong and she was very Friendly, being how i am i also had questions for her about my girlfriends visit and she answered everything thoroughly and her personality had us laughing but also very professional which made for a personable and welcoming visit for which i felt comfortable as i wasnt the patient but through the whole visit i was asked who i was and introduced and welcomed with a "nice to meet you" by every person who assisted us. Rhonda helped her view some frames was very patient and informative and accommodating to my girlfriends preferences and i thought that was very kind. Overall a pleasant visit from beginning to end and I will definitely be a new patient as I was pleased with everything such a great way to start our Saturday off from work! Thanks :)
