  • I want to start off by saying I do not believe most of the reviews on here are real. I went to star nails because of the reviews and being 4.5 Stars. I would not give this place one star. This was such a bad experience I have no idea how anyone could give them one star. I went in for a pedi/mani. During the Pedi the girl cut my skin on my baby toe and it is still hurting 4 days later. I'm scared I may have gotten a infection. Also. They put some stuff on my feet that burned so bad I thought I was going to cry sitting in the seat. I couldn't wait to get my feet in the wAter to wash off. There products are horrible the lotion, nail polish and clear coat is like water. I'm so upset with My experience. I really hope I didn't get and infection and they just cut the skin on my toes and it will go away as I heal. Please don't go here very cheap.
