rev:text	Brother in law went here for clipping his toenail a little too deep . He is diabetic and apparently it was bleeding a lot . He is leaving tomorrow on a year planned , week vacation to the Caribbean . So obviously he and I had questions for the lady taking care of him.... " Can he go in the ocean " ? To which she hastily replies " He can't get his toe wet " . Well can he bath then ? we asked.........(Logical question right ?) too which she rudely responds......" Look, He can bath , he just can't soak his toe , or get it wet "..........HUH??!! That didn't make sense I thought . So I ask her one last question . " Well can he maybe wear like a rubber finger cot over his toe ? Or do you know of any other way in which to keep it dry so that he can at least walk along the beach ?' .....And with that the rude lady breaks out with " If he wants to run the risk of an infection or an amputation " . WOW!!! ...............First of all , Her attitude was as if we had asked her OUTRAGEOUS questions or something . I mean was this lady not getting paid,,,,,,,,Ohhh Thats right she was , my BIL paid $75 for the visit . So you'd think that the people there would be #1 Courteous , #2 Professional , and #3 Thorough . If I need treatment for something , I'd at least like to think that I would be able to ask any , and all questions that I have in mind , and that my caretaker/doctor/nurse would make sure that any and all of my concerns were addressed . This place obviously doesn't feel the same way as I though...........I wonder how those rude ladies would handle it if it was them , or one of THEIR family members that were treated with the same rudenes/hostility as my BIL had met today . When I complained to the office manager ? She was about as rude as the lady treating my BIL . She could of cared less . Look , If you like being treated as a small child , or if you have no questions/concerns about your treatment , Then by all means give your hard earned money to this hole in the wall . But if treatment matters to you , I urge you to find another facility. Heed these words.
