I started with a 10' x 10' unit when my girlfriend and I moved in together. Condensing 2000 sq. ft. into 900 takes a little Tetris skills. then I had to park a project car there too. The car got back on the road 7 months later and we fit/purged the unit stuff 20 months later. Good price to hold onto stuff instead of sacrificing and letting go too early. Rate increases were irregular, first was after 10 months then up some more 8 months later. Guess that's how it goes as opposed to leasing a dwelling. The best thing was that I was on auto pay and I vacated the unit 1 day after billing for the full month. I contacted customer service about prorating the balance. The area manager contacted me the next day and refunded my card completely and I stopped by the next day and paid the remaining 2 day balance. Thats pretty stand up considering I wasn't going to be renting anymore and it was my mistake not vacating on time. If you need to hold on to stuff to be sure you won't regret letting it go these people help out outstandingly.
