  • Messed up order!!! I went to the sit down tables/not the hibachi table. I ordered the chicken/no mushroom, add carrots on the grill crispy...all with lite/low sodium soy, salad with ranch and soup. Strike 1-Salad comes out smothered in ginger Strike 2-food comes out with mushrooms Strike 3-no carrots, I told her I still wanted Strike 4-carrots come out cold/mushy and NOT CRISPY!!! Strike 5-gonna take a guess here that I will be swollen like a toad fish in the morning from them using regular soy. Came back 6-23-18 Ordered filet med-rare. He made med and did not care. My Son ordered Sushi and we had to ask about it have way through the Hibachi and the waitress "forgot" to enter it!!! He got his Sushi at the end of the meal!! He had almost finished the Hitachi and was now full...not the thing you want to take to go, that would have been the Hibachi part!!! It was not even busy. Only a few tables and several servers so that is not the reason to "forget". Also no offer to make it right...charged full price.
