  • I'm not sure why I didn't come here during my first trip to Toronto - but I made damn sure I did on the second. I took the $10 tour and our tour guide, Jade, was great and provided lots of insights and background history of the brewery. You also get a free bottle of beer to drink during the tour - which is a first. The few brewery tours I've been to usually don't allow any drinks during the tour (for fear of contamination or spilled drinks). I'm usually not a huge fan of Pilsners, but I thought their brew was well-balanced and fresh. It probably helps that I'm drinking it directly from the source (and not after it's been shipped / sitting at the LCBO for a while). Aside from that, it's a super chill place with a nice vibe - a perfect place to chill with friends over some beers.
