I was highly thinking of becoming a member since i recently am in need of a new gym my friend who is a current member took me in at 9:15 and he said "no guest after 9" in a rude way not even in a kind understanding matter. I then decided to go online and get the day pass to try coming in with that rather then a guest pass. Then again he said " no doesn't count after 9 ." I am highly disappointed in his customer service skills & do not know if i will become a member after seeing the front desk stuff members attitude. I understand rules must be followed but since the gym was empty he could of explained to me as to why i couldn't come in (explain policy etc) not just giving me attitude and looking at me waiting for me to leave the gym. This happened on April 1 a young man who works front desk at night.
