  • Was extremely excited to try out a new spa in the area. Was not pleased with customer service from the beginning. I booked 2 "massages" for a Saturday morning. I called to book and was placed on hold, ok no problem, usually. She then gets back on the phone only to tell me that she has to call me back to book due to someone checking out up front. Is it 1990 again? Ok, fine. She calls me back and I was away from my phone so I call back to book and again am told they need to call me back. At this point I was frustrated. Called and booked "massages" with someone. We show up Saturday, were greeted and filled out our paperwork. I was then taken back for a facial! Ugh.. This is why I don't try new places. It is probably my fault for not confirming that it was massages when I checked in but I guess I didn't think about it. Not cool Spa810. Thankfully the esthetician also was able to do massage so I was in the end able to get what I booked. However my friend was stuck with a very basic facial. Will not be returning.
