I've lived here a year and a half. In the beginning it was a great place to live but when the staff in the office changed apparently so did the complex. Used to have security patrol that took care of noise issues. Yeah the walls are paper thin and you get used to noise, especially when neighbors abide by keeping quiet after 10pm. Now it's becoming more and more hood. I swear one apartment has about 20 people inside and they're big ass truck blasts the radio and the whole building shakes with bass. Newer tenants move in and laugh when they are politely asked to not be having parties that are noisy after hours. Don't even get me started on the woman with the big ass dog that shits in the rocks and she doesn't pick it up. Bitch, you are the only one in the area with a dog that can shit like a horse so pick it up for christ's sake! Yeah the maintenance men are friendly and polite, but when my dryer had to be fixed it took them over a week to come fix it and they thought it was my garbage disposal at first and not my dryer. STAY AWAY!
Oh and by the way, someone shot themselves in the head in the complex so be careful when you rent a unit, you might get the "haunted" one.
