  • This place is a bunch of Bull!!! All their rep are rude. While I was in the middle of a conference and forgot about the time. They call me to go check out, I did not have a problem with that and rushed upstairs to get my packed luggage. They charge me for an extra nights anyway. When I confronted them their manager told me in a rude manner we are not going to refund the extra nights. And you can't do nothing about it. Such BS!!!
