My wife went to this location about two weeks ago and ended up purchasing a few toys for our newborn child. When she went into the location today trying to exchange the toys purchased (still new w/tags in packaging) she was not treated very well by the staff in store. She was unable to find the receipt which she thought she had and is not a member of the store to be able to do a return search. Even better she paid with cash so the return search was not something that could be done. All that being said, all she wanted to do was exchange knowing that she couldn't find the item receipt. The supervisor/manager that refused to exchange was very rude and condescending towards her. She came home almost in tears over the entire ordeal not knowing why he would not at the least exchange same day for what the merchandise rings up for. This larger man with glasses that she dealt with should be avoided when going into this location. If someone feels the need to be so rude to a customer who just wants a simple exchange within store policy then maybe that individual does not belong in a customer service positon or at the very least in any kind of leadership role.
