  • I had to have a ruptured cyst removed from my chest, and I cannot say enough nice things about the front desk staff, Dr. Misty Caudell and her nursing staff. I hope I get their names correct, but I believe Hilda and Diana? They were both incredibly kind, gentle and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Dr. Caudell did an amazing job removing the cyst, it turned out to be a littler larger than expected, and a lot of cutting was required. The stiches looked amazing and I really felt little to no pain. I only had to take one pain pill, once I was home, and I feel really good the second day. It was great to have a Dr. and her team take the time to explain things, not be in a hurry to get you in/out and to show substantial empathy. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you all for making a potentially ugly experience as tolerable as possible. -Jeff
