  • The service here sucks compared to the one just down the road on Bell and the Tempe location and their prices are higher. Wouldn't exchange a $1.49 can of cat food for a different flavor without a receipt, refused to check with another location when you point out their prices are higher for the same items sold cheaper at other stores, and then today I bought an $8 bully stick ($7 down the street) for my dog and it didn't make it in the bag. Went back, receipt in hand and told them I didn't have it, and instead of looking around her register to see if it fell out anywhere she just kept repeating "Well I put it in the bag." And her coworkers stood with her, arms folded like they were a gang of mean girls backing her up. Not one employee dropped their eyes to see if it had fallen out. When I got home I noticed a hole in the bag so I bet the bully stick is resting peacefully somewhere on the floor of that store. They're not friendly, they're not helpful, spare yourself the headache and just go to 67th and Bell. The guys there will take care of you and you'll be glad you didn't bother with this location who could use a class or two on customer relations.
