  • We hired Desert Rose to refinish our west facing double front doors. Our doors were over 25 years old and had never been properly stripped and refinished before. The doors had a lot of sun damage, peeling, and a little water damage as well. They were pretty rough. We contemplated just getting brand-new doors, but instead of throwing out the old, we decided to redo them. The quote was reasonable. I am glad we chose Desert Rose. The workers showed up on time, removed the doors for refinishing, properly sealed the open area off, and were done within four hours. They stripped the old finish off, sanded the doors, stained them, and sealed them with acrylic. They asked which stain and finish I wanted before they proceeded. Before they left they gave us care instructions and said to call if we had any problems. The doors look wonderful. The workers were very professional, courteous, and did excellent work. I'm very happy with the results and would heartily recommend Desert Rose Door Refinishers.
