I love the Doctor and the staff. Everyone is awesome. What pisses me off is when they can't post your payment to your account properly, so you keep getting bills. Then you get another bill for a different price. You call and you're told it's for Anesthesia. Wow that's a lot for just a few minutes. So I pay it. Then you get a text... seriously a text? To pay for the anesthesia. WHAT!? I just paid that!
I asked at the begining. I was told one price. I said is there any other costs? I was told no.
I have been back and forth with them with this since NOVEMBER! It's now February!
So if your not aware you will be charged 3 times for a procedure here. I am not mad I need to pay them, it's the lies and not getting the correct answer or told many, many different things. You have to pay for the facility, you have to pay for the doctor and you have to pay for the anesthesiologist. I understand why just don't lie or beat around the bush.
I will not be going back because I can't deal with this mess again. Losing payments lying etc. Sucks because he is a great doctor and the staff is awesome.
