Was pulled over tonight by a trooper and I swear that I didn't understand why because I wasn't speeding. Their radar must be broken because he put on the citation that I was going at 94mph. I am a law abiding citizen and this happened to me. I wasn't driving 94mph, he stated that he was driving at 81mph and I remember very well. I saw my speedometer and it was well below 81. This made me very depressed because it isn't true, I would never go to that speed and knowing there are 2 NHP patrols in front of me. Either the radar is broken, uncalibrated, or they just wanted to fill their quota. It's really sad for me because first off I have no money and 2ndly I just lost my job for being sick of bronchitis I was in and out of the hospital for and before Christmas. Why would I be speeding when I am only 10 minutes away from home? I don't understand how they could believe what the radar said when I never passed them. In all my years driving I have never had a traffic ticket, why would I do something so dumb to get one now? This is so unreal to me and it shocks me that the radar would say that when it isn't true! This is a major error!
