  • I bought 5 cleanings from Groupon. Seemed like a great deal. It was not! Tara is very polite and professional on the phone, however she is obviously VERY unorganized. Does not return phone calls, does not call to say if the cleaning is being rescheduled, and gets the dates mixed up on when the cleanings are happening! But the worst thing is the house WAS NOT CLEAN!! Beds were not made, floors had hair and dirt shoved into piles, tables were not wiped off. It was ridiculous. I'm not a picky person by any means, but who "cleans" a house and doesn't make beds?? I was hard pressed to find ANYTHING they did. Gave them two chances, and then called Groupon and got my money back. It is not worth the time I spent picking up my house before their scheduled "cleaning". Horrible experience with this cleaning company.
