  • I saw Dr. Byrd for a dental cleaning. I moved to Charlotte in August 2015 and this was my first dental visit. A lot of people are somewhat edgy or nervous about going to the dentist. I was nervous because I didn't know this practice. Not anymore! When I walked into the office, the staff greeted me with a smile and a good morning. They were extremely friendly and offered me a drink. As soon as I sat down, the dental hygienist came to take me in for a preliminary set of X-rays and take me to the room where my cleaning was to be done. When I got into the room and got situated, she asked if I wanted to watch Netflix. What?! I can watch Netflix while getting my cleaning?! Awesome!!! Then she asked if I wanted her to turn on the massage chair. I was just amazed. I have never been to a dental office with amenities. The room I was in also had a nice view of the Epicenter. The cleaning was painless. I hardly knew anything was happening. I even had chipped a tooth two days before my visit that I was nervous about. Both the hygienist and the dentist made sure to be careful around that tooth. I would highly recommend this office to anyone whether you need a dentist, you're looking for a change, or even if you have a dentist you love. These guys are just amazing. I can't say it enough. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I will be going there and recommending anyone I meet to go there. Did I mention THEY'RE AMAZING?!?! Absolutely phenomenal.
