Casual place, we went for lunch with another couple. We were touring around the area, the capital, and college. It's a favorite with locals so it was pretty crowded and noisy, but we got a table quickly. Main reason we went there was for the beer selection, since the guy we were with makes his own beer and wanted to try something special.
My husband got the Ruben, with corned beef, and was very happy. I had the Sweet Potato Chili, on the recommendation of the waiter, and it was the best chili! Don't be frightened by the sweet potato ingredient! It looked like diced carrots but added a nice sweetness to the dish. Delicious!
The other couple had sandwiches and salads and were equally happy with their meals. All in all, I would recommend this place for lunch!
