  • First day we moved in June 2014, air conditioner was not working Carmen said there were others before us. Mold in master shower, was told it would be okay if I just left the light and fan on in the bathrooms. Windows leak everytime it rains Homeless people tearing thru trash constantly. Mail getting stolen Nightly drug deals in the unlit parking lots Dog feces everywhere No specific kids play areas, so they play ball in the parking lots. Dented cars be damned Rudest staff possible Water gets turned off without any warning at all and of course they blame the water company. Only two of our six electrical outlets in the whole apartment work, and for this they raised the rents because they put a few ugly coats of pain on the exteriors.
