If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have never had worst customer service then with your company. I ordered a brand new laptop which came to me broken and I had to factory reset it with your technician support on the phone 3 times before it would finally letting me send it in after fighting them over it. They kept telling me it was a software issue and turned out they had to replace the speakers. Plus another factory reset. I thought it was finally over but it came back to me still incredibly slow and freezing. So I called three more times to finally get to the excavation department for Allen Dominic ( Allen.Chris.Dominic@dell.com ) in India. He promise me that we could send it in to the technical support one more time and then swap it out for a brand new laptop (if it doesn't work still) since I've had the problem since I bought it. I recorded the conversation with his knowledge and then asked him to please send me a written statement with a guarantee. He thought me on that until finally agreed that he would send an email. Two hours after we've gotten off the phone I finally receive an email saying that he cannot back his guarantee and what he can do mostly is do technical support through the computer on the phone with him. That would be the 6th time I have done that and I can't even keep anything safe on my computer since you keep making me do a system restore or system factory setting. It took me 4 months to get to this point. He's not returning my emails because he knows I am upset that he promised me a guarantee that if we sent it in one more time it didn't work I can get a new laptop. He won't call me back or send me an email when he promised to call me back because at least we would do the technical support over the phone. I can't even call him since he is in India. I don't want to do another Technical Support over the phone where I sit there for 2 hours while you guys go through my computer because I don't have the time to sit here for so many hours almost once a week. I had to inform them how much money was and is spent on the Dell account that bought the computer before I would even be able to speak to anyone about swapping out the computer. Now Allen disappeared and won't help me. That's so ridiculous and wrong! I need someone to actually care to call me and fix this issue.
Update: He finally answered me. After being berated and blamed for the computer being the way it is, he hung up on me. I had to sit on the phone for 2 hours while he googled how to fix my computer. At one point, he was able to see a critical message saying there was a hardware error but then he preceeded to say there was nothing wrong with the hardware. Dell isn't going to help me. After buying a new laptop from Dell, I'm going to end up with a broken one. Never trust this company. They don't care or back their products! Never again will I purchase anything from them.
