  • We recently cancelled Sparkletts water & we assumed that they would be picking up the water dispenser. Time went on and it was sitting in the back room collecting dust... We then get a collection notice that we owed over $200.00. We called & wanted to know why and they told us because we still have their water dispenser. So we explained that it was here ready to go & they could pick it up anytime. Sparkletts "Customer service" said that we had to deliver it to them ourselves all the way to Tempe or we would have to pay it. Never again!
