  • Derek and Michael are the BEST!!! I just bought a used Tacoma from Sanderson Ford and it was after 6pm on a Saturday and I saw I had very low coolant and a 1.5 hour drive. I called and Derek assured me that he had the right antifreeze for my radiator. I was definitely more freaked out than I needed to be but Derek and Michael were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They explained things to me and Derek filled up my coolant reservoir for free. I'm trying my best to learn about vehicles, but as a female, it's nice to go to an auto shop where you're not taken advantage of. I always get awesome service and help at Pep Boys and I strongly recommend this location and Derek and Michael :)
