  • After a week of enjoying our new patio furniture we realized that in a certain area, two chairs would work much better than the love seat we originally purchased. Remembering their 21 day return/exchange policy, we contacted Jason at the Gilbert location and told him we wanted to make an exchange... that was at 6:00 PM. The information was noted and passed on for the next day. By 11:00 AM Mitch had not only made the cost adjustment, but had our new chairs ready for pick up that afternoon...NO QUESTIONS OR HASSLE, JUST EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! This quality of service isn't just at the retail level. When we arrived at the warehouse they were aware and waiting for us. They had our chairs selected and ready for loading. These guys are the best. We highly recommend Discount Patio!
