  • As a new vendor with RentVest, our dealings with property managers tell us a lot about their operations. If they beat us up on the price, it tells us they are more concerned with cost than quality. If they cannot answer questions as to how their workflow goes so we can identify how to be a good fit, it shows us they are disorganized. With RentVest, none of this was a problem. They have shown themselves to be an extremely organized and efficient team, to the benefit of both their property owners and tenants. Janey was our first introduction into the team, which led us to meet the other property managers and team. She keeps up and is a perfect example of the RentVest ideals of quality and excellent communication, and we are looking forward to being a part of this great team.
