  • I LOVE this place (and I don't even gamble!). Seriously though, if you have a taste for wine or top shelf liquor (Hardy's Perfection) and are not into crowded, loud places, this is your spot! I find that it's quite difficult to find really good wine/champagne in Las Vegas, but Talon has anything you're looking for. If you're spending more than a day or two in the hotel, they are also amazing and will store a bottle for you so that you aren't forced to drink it all in one sitting or dump $$$ down the drain. Another amazing bonus is that they have REALLY GOOD Chinese food (just be prepared to wait, as it can be quite slow at times). Your best bet when coming to talon is to sit at the bar because the bartenders are a AMAZING. Most do not stay since it can be rather slow for them, and they don't make tips like the bartenders at Chandy do. Be sure to take care of your bartender while you're here!! These guys (and occasionally gals) will go out of their way to make sure you have a fantastic experience.
