  • I had inquired online several weeks ago, as I was interested in a new TLX to replace my ILX coming off lease. Never even got an email response! Shrugged that off and visited Hendrick towards the end of September. Met a salesperson named Ron. Polite, nice, and very knowledgeable about the Acura product. He's the only reason I won't leave a 1 star review. Had priced another Acura dealer outside of Charlotte to keep my local dealer honest. I'm sure glad I did. Because Hendricks price quotes were outrageous! Almost $100 more a month than i was quoted elsewhere. Mind you, it was the end of the month, and I was a current Acura customer. Didn't seem to matter to them. So I drove to Greensboro and got a great deal there. And they brought in the car I wanted from another dealer! I emailed Hendrick to let them know I had found a much better deal elsewhere. They didn't bother to respond to that either. Do yourself a favor, shop around. Other dealers will be happy to beat Hendricks 'deals'.
