  • I backed into a truck bumper at the game and went to the Mark Kia Collision Center to have them look at it since I had bought my Kia Optima from them a year ago. Pierre Holderied could not have been nicer. He went out of his way to buff out my bumper so I wouldn't have to make a claim. He also touched up a paint nick I had on my trunk. It took him only 15 mins and he would not take any payment for his trouble. :-). Wow you just don't get that kind of service anymore. Pierre and his team are about building relationships and taking CARE of the customers. I will be calling him with all my body repair needs. Thank you Pierre!!!
