  • I have been going to this location for a couple of years and have been pretty happy with this place but I am so frustrated..actually getting to the point of furious. I have a monthly massage membership with them but right now I'm really not too happy about the fact that they told me several months ago that their new location would be ready to open in August and now it's October. So, even though they are still charging me the monthly fee, I don't have a place to go that is located close enough to me to use my monthly massages. What's aggravating is they have been telling clients something that they probably have known all along wasn't true by saying they would only be closed until August. It is now November and I don't see anything going on with this supposedly new one that is under construction in the same center. They haven't sent any emails or called to give updates so it's ridiculous that they are trying to string us along and keep charging the monthly fee. I'm going to have to cancel (if I can get to talk to someone) and plan to take my business elsewhere. Such a disappointment in how the ownership has handled this situation.
