I'm always skeptical trying new places, especially when it comes to my eyelashes.
I'm actually taking the time to write this review because I want all of you to know where to go!
I had a few trial and errors with eyelash extensions out here in Vegas. I've had places put way too much glue where a cluster of lashes stick together and can't be separated until they all fall off, or cut my eyelashes when getting a fill to fix the mess they made, and I've also had to argue because they just don't know what they're doing, have no clue, and simply lacks confidence and knowledge of their profession. I've had some make my eyelashes look trashy, like they're running away from each other.
If you've never had extensions before let me tell you... They shouldn't feel itchy or heavy at all! If they do, you've got 1 of 2 problems. 1) allergy or 2) stupidity
By far, hands down this place is the best place to go! I won't waste my time and money anywhere else again.
First thing I look for is knowledge. How much do they know? Are they good?
If they don't know what they're doing then there's no point.
Next, do they care? Are they going to take good care of me? How well do they do their job? Are they passionate and dedicated?
You want someone who not only knows and cares about what they do but also understands what you want and how you want to be treated.
Sarah is very knowledgeable and cares about her clients!!! She shows dedication and explains what you need to know.
Sarah makes you feel comfortable and welcome. She has a great personality. I fell in love the 1st time I met her.
She takes care of my eyelashes and is extremely careful. I can't feel a thing when she's applying them on or taking them off.
She's very clean and precise!
I went in the other day for a fill. I felt a bit discomfort afterwards and thought it would go away after a day. After a the 2nd day my eye was a little irritated, not swollen but just a little red from irritation. Probably a loose hair or glue, who knows. I didn't want to mess with it because I care about my eyelashes and would rather have a professional look at them rather than me pulling away eyelashes. Anyway, I texted Sarah to let her know my eye was irritated and asked if she could help me. WITHOUT A PROBLEM or a single question, she squeezed me in her crazy hectic schedule that day and fixed my eyelashes. The minute I got there she looked at my eyes and was concerned it might be an allergic reaction. She said, "Thanks for letting me know. I'd rather you call me and tell me so that I could help you rather than you scratching your eyelashes off!" That made me feel so relieved. As if she read my mind. Whether or not its an allergic reaction or a mishap, she took care of ME! And this poor thing, came to work sore, barely able to move her arms and body from a falling accident the other night, and still managed to give me perfect eyelashes.
That's how dedicated and how much of a hard worker she is. She won't let us down and won't take a day off for pain because she knows we're all waiting for our sexy eyelashes.
I know I found my girl! Regardless what the issue is I know it would be fixed. Who doesn't want good customer service?!
She'll tell you straight out and won't lie.
She's always checking out new and better products. She won't cheat you. She offers good deals and seems pretty fair, especially for the AAA service she provides. She often takes continuing education and training classes to keep up-to-date with new products and techniques. She's so passionate about her job.
I usually get the cat eye look but I can't wait to go back for the Russian volume. I saw it on one of her clients before and it looked fabulous. It's so worth it!
Sarah makes my eyelashes look so natural and perfect!
Try her out! It only makes sense. You won't go anywhere else after her. If you do I'll know it's because you're crazy and don't care about your eyelashes.
