Have always hated gyms, being watched, surrounded by in-shape people. But, I have future surgery plans and knew I had to "shape up" so I could heal faster. Had a Groupon for a personal trainer at Underground Fitness. Met Cody, was a little intimidated at first, but his knowledge and experience quickly put me at ease. I have a bad knee which kept me from exercising until now. Cody has shown me exercises to strengthen my thighs and core to prevent any further injury to my knee. Kudos to Cody, a corrective trainer for putting me through workouts that have not inflamed my knee. I will keep up the good work, makes me so much better about myself and I sleep like a log now.
