I'm always looking for new ways to relax so I was happy to try a free first class at Current Meditation. I went on a weekday, right after work so I was highly ready for some relaxation. My class was a aerial class, which means you lay in a hammock like silk. The slight movement of the hammock made feel a little motion sick at first, but I got used to it! Everyone was super nice and helpful. You can tell they want all visitors to have a peaceful and enjoyable experience!
