  • I went yesterday to get my eye exam and am so upset with what happened. I was there for over an hour which first off is too long. I was debating on getting new lenses as my prescription had not changed very much. I showed the lady helping me my lenses and asked if tiny markings on the bottom were a problem. She said it just looked like the anti glare was coming off on the very bottom. She said her boss would probably be mad and her and took my glasses and left. She came back and had cleaned my glasses. Normally that would be fine, but she scratched them. I don't know what cleaner and cloth she used but in the store I noticed it mainly on the right lense. I later noticed there was scratches on my left lense as well and this was in the part right in front of my eye. I was extremely upset and the lady said there was no way she could have scratched them. The manager said that she would pay for my right lense replacement. I doubt any place would just replace one lense, but now I see there are scratches on my left lense as well so will have to replace both. I have worn my glasses now for over three hours today and I'm getting a headache from the blurriness. I will need to go today to get my lenses replaced, but I know I will have to be stuck like this for days. I refused to pay my $10 co pay. I just know they think I am lying though and this is not something I would lie about. I look through my glasses every day and can't see without them and as soon as she gave me the glasses back I knew they were messed up. At first I was just hoping she didn't get the solution she used completely off. I was just really upset with how they handled the whole situation. I use Walmart with my groceries and other purchases but this makes me wonder if I should continue to be a customer.
