  • My wife relocated us to Gilbert Az., so I retired a Gen. Cont. Business in Chicago Suburbs after 30 years. It is a struggle not to have "my network" of businesses out here I know or trust (especially with what I know about the building industry). I had some concerns with the A.C. units on the home I purchased, and the integrity of some of the information I received in the home inspection purchase process. I called the Sure Temp office in Queen Creek [480-788-8511], and there service tech. Kevin came out. Kevin did a very detailed diagnostic checked, answered all my questions/concerns, was very open and honest in his assessment of the units, and was efficient with his time and work. I appreciated his effort, his disposition, and will call for him/them in the future.
