  • I've had severe lower back pains resulting from physical activity (sports & gym) for a long time and dismissed them for almost a year before I was advised by my good friend and owner of InStep Foot Clinic, William Jacob, to come in for a quick check up. William is a very knowledgeable Chiropodist and knew exactly the problem after asking me a couple of questions ... before even seeing me as a patient! In my initial visit, he assessed and confirmed the diagnosis to fit me with custom orthotic inserts. Within 2 weeks of wearing them, I noticed a HUGE difference as the back pains started to subside and today, I don't have any lower back pains when I run in the gym or play sports.
