  • Epic fail. Fidel was my massage therapist, terrible. Only good thing about this massage he wasn't talking and asking me questions. I asked the front desk if he was new and they said no. It felt like he didn't know what the heck he was doing. I have major neck and shoulder pain and did not leave satisfied. I originally was planning to check the clinic at the Nevada School of massage and get one done by students, but decided I should get one done by a professional. Not the case with Fidel. Experience started off positive - nice friendly girls at desk, clean waiting room, cold water, even a clean bathroom, and relaxing music in the room. But all that doesn't matter if your masseur lacks in relieving your muscle pain right? Too bad I was even thinking about signing up for a membership..not anymore.
