| - So, I have had a great experience up to this point. I got a beautiful dress, alterations done beautifully.....and then was so disappointed today over a hair comb! I hate to complain about something so small, but IT IS my wedding!
I ordered a hair comb 5 weeks ago. At the time I ordered it, I was told it would take 2 weeks to arrive, so, having plenty of time to spare, I planned to pick it up at my final dress fitting.
While at my final dress fitting, I asked for my hair comb.....and was told it would be available 2 weeks after my wedding day (almost 10 weeks total, bought and pains for after being promised 2 weeks).
Needless to say, I was heartbroken. I asked for a refund, which was honored, however, no attempt was made at rectifying the situation. I loved my dress buying experience, but the one time you can't under deliver is to a bride to be!
