  • Al came to our house today because the A/C unit on one side of the house was not keeping the rooms as cool as we had set the thermostat. He was so knowledgeable and thorough! He helped us understand how our 2-unit system works and then went into the attic to inspect both units. He came back down with pictures of what he had seen and gave us his recommendations. There was no pressure to act immediately, but he made clear what we needed to do in the near future. We signed up for their maintenance program, so there was no additional charge for Al to come today.
