  • Ok hotel, but had to fight to receive the amenities promised when booking. Was promised free valet, food voucher, chocolates and proseco when reserving the room. Took over ten minutes just to get the valet part straightened out after we arrived and haven't seen the other pieces. Not too concerned about the proseco and candy but the valet and food credit were the reaon we picked this hotel over other places.
