  • I must have been living under a rock because I hadn't heard of Mingos food truck! Now they have a base location right in Laveen. So excited to have another amazing food spot in Laveen! We tried Mingo's and weren't disappointed! I had the shrimp po boy which was fantastic. Hubby had catfish po boy which was also amazing! Highly recommend Mingos!!!
