The price was decent, the car clean and the selection of vehicles (get to pick your own car) was a nice surprise. It was also easy to return the vehicle. HOWEVER, picking up the car was a complete mess and took just over an hour start to finish. They were having computer problems, which caused the line of customers to build quickly and move slowly. This is somewhat understandable, but what got me shaking my head is the fact that the sales people still spent 10+ minutes per customer trying to upsell more expensive cars and a variety of prepaid fuel plans, instead of just working a little harder to get the line moving and reducing the frustration levels of everyone standing around. There was zero sense of urgency amongst the staff.
