  • Chapel hill apartments are horrendous. They promise you when you move in new appliances, yes they are new circa 1999, all of their appliances suck up energy. Everything at this place has a fee, its literally 40 dollars a month for you to take your trash out to their dumpster. This place honestly is terrible, I have not even lived here for 4 months and I can already say, I have been towed from my own parking space and forced to pay to take the car out (out of my own pocket), I have put in a maintenance request to fix the electricity for my bedroom (since it has not worked since i moved in) and it still has not been done (4 months) our washer and dryer take multiple uses to clean one load of clothes and to top it all off the air conditioning unit barely works, and must be set at 72 just to get the temperature below 80. This place sucks, the management is a joke, I fully regret moving in here and wish my lease would end faster
